Supervises technology professionals supporting the City’s Enterprise Asset Management solution. Oversees application roadmaps, sustainment, upgrades, testing, issue resolution, process documentation, resource planning, budgeting, procurement, and cross-department IT initiatives. Manages employees and consultants, including recruitment and performance development, while translating business requirements into technology solutions. Provides leadership on projects, continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, executive presentations, and application support operations.

Leads municipal infrastructure planning and capital project delivery for city growth and redevelopment. Manages multidisciplinary teams, consultants, budgets, schedules, procurement, environmental assessments, servicing studies, public engagement, and policy development. Coordinates with municipal departments, government agencies, Indigenous Nations, conservation authorities, and the public. Provides technical reports, presentations, staff supervision, strategic recommendations, and support for growth-related capital budgeting and infrastructure planning.

Leads the client-side implementation of a large-scale Finance and Supply Chain ERP transformation. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, resource and vendor coordination, governance, executive reporting, risk and issue management, stakeholder alignment, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, change management, and value realization. The role requires managing cross-functional teams and implementation partners while ensuring delivery meets approved scope, timelines, governance standards, and strategic business objectives.
