Lead and execute enterprise-wide marketing campaigns that protect and evolve the City brand. Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate cross-channel delivery, provide brand and communications advice, measure campaign performance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver inclusive, accessible, reputation-sensitive marketing initiatives.

Lead and deliver the Citys Vision Zero and roadway safety programs, manage budgets and contracts, develop policy and education initiatives, liaise with stakeholders and committees, oversee the Red-Light Camera Program, supervise staff, present to public and elected officials, and monitor program outcomes against benchmarks.

Lead client-side activities for a large-scale HRIS implementation: plan and coordinate resources, manage risks and governance, oversee design/configuration/data migration/integrations/testing, deliver executive reporting, and drive stakeholder engagement, change management and value realization across the organization.

Supervise day-to-day operations of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff schedules and training, monitor and adjust processes via SCADA and lab data, coordinate with maintenance and contractors, prepare reports and budgets, handle public/regulatory inquiries, enforce health and safety and unionized labour relations.

Supervise and direct urban forestry crews to maintain municipal trees, enforce tree by-law, manage planting/removal programs, coordinate utility locates, respond to storm damage 24/7, oversee safety training, administer resources, investigate liability claims, and prepare reports and performance evaluations.

Provide legal advocacy and advice for the City, managing litigation caseloads including insurance defence, contract and commercial disputes, and administrative law matters. Draft and review legal documents, represent the City at tribunals and courts, develop risk-reduction strategies, support preventative law programs, and assist senior legal staff.

Provide legal advice and representation on municipal planning, development and administrative law matters including advocacy before tribunals, development charges, expropriations, policy and document review, risk mitigation, and counsel to Council and staff. Conduct research, draft opinions, prepare documents, and support City programs while ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and policies.
