Lead and manage a PMO team for Global Equities Cash & Derivatives Technology: enforce PM governance, coordinate portfolio reporting, coach PMs/BAs, track KPIs, manage risks, deliver program metrics and stakeholder communications to support transformation and control objectives.

Manage and lead application support teams for global enterprise environments. Provide technical oversight for systems and apps, incident and problem resolution, root cause analysis, stakeholder consultation, stability and monitoring initiatives, resource and budget planning, compliance awareness, and people management including hiring and performance evaluations.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack Java applications (Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs) with modern front-ends (Angular/React). Design and optimize MongoDB data solutions, support the SDLC and cloud-native integrations, recommend security measures, mentor junior developers, and evaluate Python and Generative AI for automation and innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
