Partner with business leaders to deliver HR programs, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people data analysis. Provide counsel on organizational design, compensation, engagement, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and Canadian labor laws (Ontario/Quebec). Maintain confidential records and drive consistent employee experiences.

This role supports sales teams through reporting, data analysis, process administration, and operational execution to enhance sales lifecycle efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for operational workflows.

Lead product positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch execution for consumer intelligence and distribution products. Create messaging, sales enablement, and competitive battlecards; partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and analysts; use market and customer insights to inform roadmap, packaging, and commercial strategy.
