Advises C-suite customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on customized payment and financing solutions; structures deals aligned with customer outcomes and Cisco’s fiscal goals. Coordinates billing and finance operations, leads cross-functional teams, manages forecasts, and exceeds financing attachment targets. Requires strong executive communication, financial expertise, sales ability, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Provides strategic legal counsel to Cisco’s Canadian sales teams, drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements, including software licenses, cloud, SaaS, procurement, and alliance contracts. Advises management on commercial risk, data protection, information security, regulatory matters, governance, and compliance. Supports global legal initiatives and integrates AI, contract lifecycle management, and enterprise communication technologies to improve legal research, contract analysis, and document review.

Lead architecture and development for a cloud-native, multi-region data ingestion platform built with Go and Kubernetes. Own distributed systems design, reliability, observability, security, scalability, production operations, and on-call support. Establish reusable integration patterns, improve engineering quality, mentor developers, lead technical decisions, and collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, compliance, support, and field teams.
