Teams at Circle

As a Staff IT Engineer, you will improve Circle's enterprise IT systems, manage critical platforms, and drive automation initiatives while ensuring high-quality IT services and executive-level support.

Own strategy and execution of Circle's customer onboarding platform. Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable KYC/KYB/AML solutions, translate regulatory requirements into product requirements, drive platform metrics and transformation, and engage regulators and executives to ensure compliance and efficient market expansion.

The role involves leading Cloud Security strategy, enhancing security posture, managing infrastructure requirements, and collaborating across teams to ensure robust security in blockchain services.
