Lead the AI Quality engineering team while remaining hands-on building evaluation infrastructure, observability tooling, diagnostic systems, datasets, annotation workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for production AI agents. Run experiments across prompts, models, routing, caching, and agent harnesses to improve quality, latency, and cost. Partner with AI Core engineering and manage technical direction and team priorities.

Own growth for Circle’s Discover marketplace by driving traffic, GMV, and transaction volume. Lead experimentation, lifecycle email, subscriber acquisition, SEO/AEO, creator success, funnel reporting, and retention initiatives. Partner with product, paid media, data, brand, partnerships, the GM, and co-founders to shape and execute marketplace growth strategy in a hands-on player-coach role.

Translate English software UI text and online marketing content into natural European Spanish. Maintain meaning, tone, variables, formatting, glossaries, and style guidelines using key-based localization tools. Review and resolve linguistic QA issues, communicate availability and delivery risks asynchronously, and coordinate with Circle and another translator to maintain coverage. Work independently as a remote contractor while collaborating primarily through Slack.
