Manage all theatre venue operations, including amusement, food and beverage, guest services, retail, groups, and events. Ensure company, regulatory, facility, and service standards are followed. Recruit, train, coach, and develop management teams; oversee discipline and succession planning. Manage budgets, grow revenue, maintain business relationships, and initiate projects that improve performance and the guest experience.

Manage day-to-day theatre operations across amusement, food and beverage, guest service, and retail functions. Ensure company, regulatory, facility, and service standards are met; oversee events, staffing, training, coaching, succession planning, employee discipline, budgeting, revenue growth, and business improvement initiatives. The role requires leadership during high-volume periods, customer issue resolution, relationship management, financial accountability, and schedule flexibility.

Supervises back-of-house theatre operations, including kitchen and dish pit activities, food quality, safety, staffing, guest service, and employee performance. Coaches and trains team members, supports recruiting, handles guest concerns, completes operational reports, assists with events and promotions, and helps the theatre meet service, revenue, efficiency, and budget goals.
