Leads the design, development, and ownership of customer data products and platforms, including Customer360, Audience360, Braze integrations, and Databricks Customer Lake. Builds scalable batch and near-real-time pipelines, data models, integrations, governance controls, and monitoring solutions. Partners with marketing, analytics, technology, privacy, and legal teams to support segmentation, personalization, activation, reporting, and AI use cases. Provides technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, optimization, and operational support.

Supports media sales by analyzing syndicated, internal, and industry data to develop audience, demographic, and product insights. Creates dashboards, reports, presentations, maps, and visualizations; conducts trade-area and proximity analyses; supports brand lift studies; maintains research databases; and monitors data quality. The role requires SQL, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Python and GIS or spatial analysis experience.

Support the full media sales and campaign lifecycle, including proposal development, pricing, contracts, inventory coordination, campaign execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams, investigate reporting discrepancies, and support process improvements. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication skills, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
