Build trusted relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, clients, partners, and government agencies across Ontario and nationally. Advise teams on Indigenous engagement, consultation, partnerships, procurement, and benefits planning. Identify federal and Indigenous Relations opportunities, support strategic pursuits and proposals, strengthen Defence-sector relationships, and connect client needs with CIMA+’s multidisciplinary consulting services. The role combines billable project delivery, business development, relationship management, and long-term service-line growth.

Leads Indigenous relationship development and federal business opportunities across Ontario and Canada. Builds trusted partnerships with Indigenous communities, governments, clients, and organizations; advises on engagement, consultation, procurement, and benefits planning; supports strategic pursuits, proposals, teaming, and client positioning; and connects opportunities to multidisciplinary consulting services. The role combines billable project delivery, business development, relationship management, and long-term service strategy, including potential federal defence opportunities.

Build and maintain Indigenous relationships across Ontario and nationally while supporting federal opportunities and strategic pursuits. Advise project teams on Indigenous engagement, consultation, procurement, partnerships, and benefits planning. Develop relationships with communities, governments, clients, and partners; identify opportunities; support proposals, teaming strategies, and client positioning; and connect needs with multidisciplinary consulting capabilities. The role also contributes to billable project delivery, Indigenous knowledge integration, cross-sector collaboration, and development of a sustainable service pipeline.
