Conduct desk and on-site pharmacy claim audits to validate provider compliance with benefit plan design and provincial regulations. Verify claims, calculate adjustments, prepare audit reports, communicate and educate providers, track audit activity and recoveries, identify trends, recommend risk criteria changes, and support continuous improvement in fraud, waste, and abuse controls.

The role involves managing the Linux and Middleware systems, performing upgrades, maintenance, security, automation, and supporting business requirements through technology solutions.

Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned benefits accounts, deliver operational service, resolve escalations, monitor service trends, lead implementations and client meetings, present performance metrics, drive client satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities, and support special projects.
