On-site 6-month contract supporting pharmacy operations: package and ship refrigerated/non-refrigerated medications, manage inventory (FIFO, expiry checks), assemble patient materials, use warehouse equipment and pharmacy systems, and maintain organized work areas while following regulatory and quality requirements.

Process prescription refills in Kroll, record member information in CRM, manage member communications, obtain prescription transfers, support renewals and auto-notifications, maintain documentation, manage team mailboxes, and collaborate with pharmacy staff to meet quality and service standards.

Conduct desk and on-site pharmacy claim audits to validate provider compliance with benefit plan design and provincial regulations. Verify claims, calculate adjustments, prepare audit reports, communicate and educate providers, track audit activity and recoveries, identify trends, recommend risk criteria changes, and support continuous improvement in fraud, waste, and abuse controls.
