The role requires collaboration with operations and business partners, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with enterprise financial systems. A CPA designation or near-completion and at least eight years of multifaceted accounting or finance experience are required.

Leads enterprise infrastructure operations across networking, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and datacentre environments. Oversees service availability, security, resilience, compliance, incident and risk management, budgets, vendors, workforce planning, and operational performance. Partners with business, technology, and security leaders while translating technical risks into executive recommendations. Manages and develops multidisciplinary technical teams and drives continuous improvement across corporate, pharmacy, and network infrastructure services.

Supports pharmacy operations continuity and product enablement by coordinating operational issues, system and process improvements, vendor and stakeholder activities, business requirements, documentation, data analysis, change readiness, and roadmap planning. The role prepares process maps, reports, presentations, and decision-support materials while identifying risks, dependencies, process gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
