Leads enterprise infrastructure operations across networking, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and datacentre environments. Oversees service availability, security, resilience, compliance, incident and risk management, budgets, vendors, workforce planning, and operational performance. Partners with business, technology, and security leaders while translating technical risks into executive recommendations. Manages and develops multidisciplinary technical teams and drives continuous improvement across corporate, pharmacy, and network infrastructure services.

Supports pharmacy operations continuity and product enablement by coordinating operational issues, system and process improvements, vendor and stakeholder activities, business requirements, documentation, data analysis, change readiness, and roadmap planning. The role prepares process maps, reports, presentations, and decision-support materials while identifying risks, dependencies, process gaps, and enhancement opportunities.

Support Cigna Canada with day-to-day accounting: prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, lead and tax schedules, variance analysis, regulatory reporting, audit support, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Leads critical technology incident response from reporting through resolution, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, escalations, executive communications, and service restoration. Maintains incident documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, workarounds, and monthly reports. Supports problem and change management, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, recurring issue reduction, and continuous improvement of IT service management processes.

Leads product strategy and portfolio planning, including roadmaps, value propositions, market and competitive analysis, business cases, and executive recommendations. Develops product marketing collateral and client-facing messaging while coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and other teams. Drives stakeholder alignment, vendor evaluation, governance, outcome measurement, and mentorship of product strategy advisors.

Design, build, and operate ML data pipelines and unsupervised models to detect anomalous patterns in healthcare claims. Develop feature engineering, batch processing, and REST API model serving (FastAPI). Integrate with Oracle via SQLAlchemy/oracledb, maintain CI/CD and on-prem deployment workflows, collaborate with business teams to interpret clusters, and support model validation, operationalization, and audit artifacts.

Support Cigna Canada with monthly reporting, annual financial statements, data analysis, regulatory research, forecasts, audit facilitation, accounting policy maintenance, dashboards, and ad-hoc finance projects.
