As a Financial Services Representative, you'll build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored service including financial product recommendations and support for using banking technology.

Provide mobile mortgage advice and product solutions, meet clients remotely or in-person, generate leads and referrals through networking and community engagement, collaborate with banking centre teams, and manage mortgage documentation and the lending process to help clients secure home ownership.

Support and execute digital marketing strategy for CIBC Capital Markets: design and produce marketing assets (newsletters, social posts, video), manage website content and enhancements, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance, deliver reporting and analytics, and work with stakeholders to improve client experience and processes.
