Build and manage a dedicated client portfolio by providing personalized financial advice across banking, investments, lending, and estate planning. Develop new client relationships through networking, business development, community involvement, and referrals. Deliver exceptional client service, meet sales goals, and work on-site across banking centres, including some evenings and weekends.

Provides second-level production support for CIBC’s Foreign Exchange technology applications. Investigates client and technical issues, prioritizes incidents, manages issue logs, coordinates with technology teams and vendors, and supports system changes and projects. The role requires partnership with business stakeholders, requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, outage investigation, and implementation of solutions in an agile capital markets environment. The position follows a hybrid schedule in Toronto.

Provides high-net-worth, self-directed investing clients with accurate, compliant trade execution and relationship-oriented service. Handles inbound calls, purchase and sell orders, account maintenance, client inquiries, security checks, and regulatory procedures. Supports sales programs, service-level goals, client retention, and leadership initiatives while maintaining trading accuracy and resolving errors. Requires Canadian securities certifications, market knowledge, and 1–3 years of relevant sales or relationship management experience.
