Supports trading, portfolio modeling, order entry, reconciliations, custodial and trading issue resolution, and investment operations for SMA/UMA platforms. The role collaborates with portfolio managers, investment advisors, brokers, custodians, and internal teams; supports process improvements and ad hoc projects; and provides client service to advisors and portfolio managers. Requires financial markets and asset management knowledge, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

The Business Development Manager promotes and sells investment products, retains assets, and expands market share within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include sales campaigns, lead and referral generation, account management, client support, advisor education, sales presentations, due diligence responses, territory reporting, and competitor research. The role partners with District Vice Presidents and requires strong financial-services sales knowledge, communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.

Process registered and non-registered client asset transfers into and out of CI Investment Services. Review documentation, initiate manual and automated transfers through ATON, CDS, and related depositories, research asset identifiers, follow up on aged requests, process cheques, and ensure CRA and industry compliance. Respond to internal and external inquiries, maintain service-level standards, manage residual assets, and support operational projects during deadline-driven and seasonal workloads.
