Two-year early-career program developing underwriting and claims professionals through hands-on assignments, training, mentoring, and networking. Responsibilities include evaluating insurance risks, managing a book of business, analyzing submissions, determining coverage and pricing, negotiating terms, cultivating broker relationships, supporting renewals, securing new business, and managing claims. Positions may support commercial insurance, financial lines, personal risk services, or major accounts.

Lead pricing strategy and actuarial analysis for Group Life, Group Health, and Travel Insurance in Canada. Develop pricing models, support account pricing and renewals, perform profitability and reserve analysis, maintain pricing databases and reporting (Qliksense), and partner with underwriting, claims, finance, and senior leadership. Mentor staff and support capital, reinsurance, and forecasting analyses.
