Own data modeling, performance tuning, observability, governance, and reusable platform patterns to support analytics, embedded reporting, operational workflows, and AI/ML datasets. Mentor engineers, lead reviews, and improve platform reliability, cost efficiency, and data quality.

Operate and automate cloud-native infrastructure across environments; maintain core platform services; troubleshoot and optimize workloads; implement IaC and configuration management; build automation to improve reliability; support CI/CD, observability, incident response, security, and compliance practices.

Support the iQ Pay program by onboarding customers, providing support, maintaining documentation, delivering training, and tracking program health metrics.
