Design, build, and optimize cloud-native lakehouse data pipelines and curated data products using Python and SQL. Own data modeling, performance tuning, observability, governance, and reusable platform patterns to support analytics, embedded reporting, operational workflows, and AI/ML datasets. Mentor engineers, lead reviews, and improve platform reliability, cost efficiency, and data quality.

Support the iQ Pay program by onboarding customers, providing support, maintaining documentation, delivering training, and tracking program health metrics.

Serve as primary account lead for Verizon clients, driving onboarding, launches, and strategic account growth. Negotiate contracts, resolve product issues with internal teams, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
