Provides administrative support to an advancement and donor-relations team, including CRM data entry, donor file maintenance, gift acknowledgments, mailings, event materials, travel coordination, phone support, and office supply management. The role is part-time, hybrid, and requires weekly presence at the Burlington, Ontario office, with occasional U.S. travel. Candidates need strong organization, communication, computer, collaboration, and independent-work skills, plus an associate degree or equivalent experience and basic advancement or donor-management experience.

Supports advancement communications through copy adaptation, email campaign creation and scheduling, social media coordination, digital publishing, direct-mail fulfillment, campaign tracking, database updates, performance reporting, and workflow organization. The role ensures editorial quality, brand consistency, accurate reporting, and reliable execution while collaborating with the Communications Manager. It is part-time, hybrid, and based primarily in Burlington, Ontario, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Facilitates congregational renewal and discipleship multiplication for Christian Reformed churches. The role leads renewal and disciple-making cohorts, coaches church and classis leaders, develops five-year ministry plans, translates theological concepts into practical resources, supports cross-cultural learning, provides training and consultation, and contributes to research assessing congregational renewal. The position requires extensive facilitation, strategic planning, pastoral or ministry consultation experience, and 50% travel during fall and spring.
