Teams at Chowbus

Support restaurant merchants through POS onboarding, hardware installation, software configuration, training, troubleshooting, and platform adoption. Manage client health, business reviews, campaigns, escalations, and account optimization while collaborating cross-functionally to improve the customer experience. Provide technical support through chat, email, phone, and occasional onsite visits. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

The Sales Manager will prospect and build relationships with restaurants, promote Chowbus' POS system, and lead sales cycles while achieving KPIs.
