Supports the organization's cybersecurity program through security assessments, policy development, GRC activities, vendor risk evaluations, vulnerability management, security awareness, alert monitoring, threat investigation, and incident response. Administers Proofpoint and Microsoft security technologies, including Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID, while resolving security tickets and tracking remediation across the organization.

Supports and maintains financial, real estate, and enterprise applications, databases, integrations, and reporting platforms. Provides Level 2/3 incident resolution, root-cause analysis, SQL troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and vendor coordination. Leads application enhancements and projects through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and data validation. Identifies opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvement while ensuring compliance with IT governance, audit, security, and change-management requirements.

Supports HR programs, employee inquiries, performance and compensation processes, recruitment and onboarding, Workday data management, workforce metrics, compliance audits, accommodations, payroll inquiries, training logistics, and HR initiatives. The role also advises employees on policies, benefits, and employment matters while handling confidential issues and escalating complex concerns.
