Provide childcare consultation within Toronto's Every Child Belongs framework: manage a caseload (~25 children), conduct observations and screenings, develop individualized plans and accommodations, deliver workshops and training, coordinate services with families and providers, visit centres onsite, and maintain detailed documentation and follow-up.

Lead and supervise therapeutic day camp programming for children with behavioural and emotional challenges using SNAP-informed approaches. Plan, implement, and evaluate activities; recruit/train/coach staff and volunteers; manage reporting, budgeting, and administrative tasks; act as a positive role model and ensure safety and standards are met.

The HR and Office Administration Coordinator will manage HR operations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, support health and safety initiatives, and oversee office administration workflows in a supportive role to the team.
