Provide childcare consultation within Toronto's Every Child Belongs framework: manage a caseload (~25 children), conduct observations and screenings, develop individualized plans and accommodations, deliver workshops and training, coordinate services with families and providers, visit centres onsite, and maintain detailed documentation and follow-up.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across multi-site environments: troubleshoot endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux), administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, manage devices via Intune, perform onboarding/offboarding, assist with basic network and server tasks, maintain documentation, and support SaaS platforms and device deployments to ensure operational continuity.

The Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator will co-facilitate therapeutic recreation activities for youth, supporting social skills, emotional regulation, and mental health needs in various settings.
