Leads CDI’s financial operations, including accounting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, planning, audits, compliance, treasury, funder reporting, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team, partners with program and senior leaders on financial insights, oversees cash flow and reconciliations, and improves financial systems, workflows, reporting, and automation.

Leads organizational and program budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, funder reporting, and financial planning. Translates complex funding and financial data into actionable insights for leadership and program teams. Improves reporting structures and financial workflows in QuickBooks to reduce manual reconciliation and increase accuracy. Supports funding proposals, compliance reporting, executive and board reporting, process automation, and resource allocation across government, foundation, and restricted funding streams.

The Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator will co-facilitate therapeutic recreation activities for youth, supporting social skills, emotional regulation, and mental health needs in various settings.
