Provide consultation services for children with extra support needs in licensed childcare centres. Manage a caseload, conduct observations and assessments, develop individualized goals and accommodations, coordinate referrals, train childcare staff, collaborate with families and community partners, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation. The role requires daily travel to childcare centres across Toronto and supports inclusive early learning environments.

Co-facilitate weekly therapeutic groups for children ages 4–18 affected by violence and trauma. Responsibilities include preparing age-appropriate activities, supporting family interactions, promoting emotional regulation and safety planning, documenting case notes and discharge reports, completing assigned duties, managing crises, and participating in team briefings and debriefings. The role requires trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, collaborative practice and attendance on Thursday evenings from 5:00–10:00 p.m.

Manages children’s mental health and SNAP clinical programs, providing clinical supervision, operational oversight, quality improvement, outcome evaluation, staff development, crisis guidance, and program innovation. The role leads social workers and child and youth workers, ensures regulatory and ethical compliance, manages budgets and scheduling, supports recruitment and performance management, and applies evidence-based family, group, and child/youth counselling practices. It also uses measurement-based care and program data to improve clinical services while advancing inclusive, culturally responsive practice.

The Coordinator will assist in daily operations of the Early Learning Centre, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining quality, and supporting staff. They will also implement changes and nurture a safe learning environment for children up to age 4.

Lead day-to-day operation of a 192-child Early Learning Centre, ensuring regulatory compliance, pedagogical quality, staff recruitment/training/supervision, family and school partnerships, financial and operational management, enrollment oversight, health/safety reporting, and coordination with cross-functional mental health and centre teams.
