Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, funder reporting, and organizational financial planning. The role analyzes performance, identifies variances and risks, supports funding applications, improves reporting frameworks, and strengthens financial data processes in QuickBooks. It collaborates with finance leaders, program teams, and senior leadership across government, foundation, and restricted funding streams.

Leads financial operations for a nonprofit organization, including accounting, month-end and year-end reporting, budgeting, audits, treasury, compliance, funder reporting, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team, partners with program and senior leaders on financial decisions, and improves financial systems, workflows, and automation. The role requires CPA credentials, nonprofit finance expertise, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

The Coordinator for the Early Learning Centre will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, support staff, and maintain quality standards in early childhood education.
