Teams at Child Development Institute (CDI)

Provide consultation and supports for ~25 children with extra needs in licensed childcare centres. Conduct observations, screenings, individualized plans, training, referrals, service coordination, documentation, and onsite visits across midtown Toronto.

Lead and supervise therapeutic day camp programs using the SNAP® CBT model. Support program planning, staff recruitment, training, coaching and discipline. Ensure implementation of specialized therapeutic programming, complete reports, assist with budget management, act as a role model, and perform related administrative and camp duties for children/youth with behavioural and emotional challenges.

The HR and Office Administration Coordinator will manage HR operations, coordinate onboarding, support health and safety, and ensure smooth office administration and communication across teams.
