Leads CDI’s financial operations, accounting, reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, treasury, funder reporting, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team, partners with program leaders on financial analysis and decision-making, and improves financial systems and processes. The role requires CPA expertise, Canadian nonprofit accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience overseeing core finance functions.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, funder reporting, and management reporting across multiple funding streams. The role analyzes variances and trends, supports funding applications and resource allocation, improves reporting frameworks, and enhances QuickBooks data structures and financial processes to reduce manual reconciliation. Collaboration with finance, program leaders, and senior leadership is central to ensuring accurate, compliant, and actionable financial information.

The Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator will co-facilitate group programs focused on therapeutic recreation, supporting social skills, emotional regulation, and mental health needs of youth clients.

The Coordinator for the Early Learning Centre will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, support staff, and maintain quality standards in early childhood education.

Lead day-to-day operations of a licensed Early Learning Centre (192 capacity), ensuring regulatory compliance, pedagogical quality, staff recruitment/training and supervision, family and school partnerships, financial and operational management, and coordination with cross-functional mental health teams and external partners.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across multi-site environments, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, managing Intune endpoint configuration, supporting device lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), troubleshooting Windows/macOS/Linux, assisting with basic network and Windows Server/Linux tasks, maintaining IT documentation, and coordinating escalations and vendor support to ensure continuity of services.
