Lead strategic relationships with CHEP's top national customers to drive multi-year revenue and profit growth through collaborative account planning, complex negotiations, value-creation initiatives, and cross-functional execution while advancing customer experience and sustainability goals.

Manage a territory of Tier 1 and 2 retail and commercial customers as primary account contact. Resolve complex customer inquiries, oversee billing disputes, monitor KPIs and account health, conduct audits and reconciliations, drive continuous improvement and revenue growth, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Logistics and Sales to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction (NPS).
