Leads and develops engineering teams supporting two mature booking-management products. Owns multi-team delivery, prioritization, reliability, production incidents, observability, maintainability, technical debt, and engineering quality. Partners with Product and technical leaders, develops senior engineers, manages performance and hiring, and makes pragmatic technical tradeoffs while maintaining enough technical context to guide architecture and operations.

Own product direction, roadmap, and delivery for one or more product areas. Lead discovery, translate customer and business needs into product requirements, define success metrics, partner with engineering and design, use AI-assisted tools and prototypes to reduce ambiguity, and drive high-quality launches and iterations in a B2B2C SaaS environment.
