Provides first-line technical support for cloud infrastructure, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, system configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization. Supports cloud integrations, platform administration, documentation, user requests, and deployment of cloud-based projects. Collaborates with senior IT professionals and cross-functional teams, stays current with cloud technologies, contributes to security and efficiency improvements, and participates in on-call support rotations.

Coordinate, track and trace shipments; manage customer expectations and provide updates; assign shipments to business units; maintain client/vendor databases; report weekly KPIs; assist Customer Service Manager and VP of Sales with meetings and operational tasks; develop client relationships to expand business.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, manage full-cycle bookkeeping, process invoices and bank reconciliations, support month-end and quarter-end closes, develop financial reports and spreadsheets, assist with financial statements and tax return preparation, and recommend improvements to accounting processes while maintaining confidentiality.
