Lead technical product management, business process improvement, and AI-enabled automation initiatives. Translate business challenges into requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions; manage backlogs and Agile delivery; coordinate UAT and implementation; and measure outcomes through KPIs. Partner with stakeholders, developers, data, and QA teams while evaluating solution trade-offs, monitoring AI performance, and ensuring human oversight.

Leads debt financing, capital raising, refinancing, financial modeling, investor and lender relationships, liquidity planning, tax-efficient structuring, covenant monitoring, and financial risk management. Partners with senior leadership to evaluate investments, optimize capital costs, support compliance, and enable business expansion across Canada and the United States.

Supports accounts payable and financial operations, including vendor payments, invoice auditing, journal entries, accruals, cash-flow analysis, bank payments, foreign exchange purchases, and payment tracking. Maintains Excel-based cash-flow reports, prepares management reporting, supports process improvements, and communicates with banks, vendors, system providers, and internal departments regarding payment issues and financial transactions.
