Teams at Charger Logistics

Manages global cash positions, liquidity, funding requirements, cash forecasting, foreign exchange transactions, bank reporting, payment approvals, and treasury analytics. Reconciles cash flows, investigates discrepancies, supports financial reporting, reviews Power BI reports, and contributes to treasury projects and process improvements. The role also coordinates with regional treasury teams and oversees timely, accurate payment processing.

Coordinates warehouse orders, customer pickups, inbound delivery appointments, inventory confirmations, shipment documentation, and communication among customers, Customer Service, warehouse teams, inventory staff, and drivers. Reviews orders for accuracy, releases work to the warehouse, tracks pickups, updates customer portals, assigns dock doors, prepares bills of lading, manages shipping records, and resolves scheduling or fulfillment issues.

Prepare consolidated financial statements, process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, manage full-cycle bookkeeping, complete month-end and quarterly closings, reconcile general ledger accounts, analyze financial reports, assist with tax returns, and improve accounting procedures while safeguarding confidential financial information.
