Lead design coordination and construction project management for new builds and renovations across Chanel Canada. Adapt regional drawings, prepare permit-ready packages, manage contractors, shop fitters and suppliers, oversee procurement and budgets (COUPA), ensure brand and quality standards, coordinate AV/security/IT/lighting, work with landlords, perform site inspections, and report monthly. Requires travel within Canada (30%).

Oversee boutique operations to maximize productivity and client experience: manage inventory (RFID, cycle counts, shipping/receiving), cash handling, after-sales/repairs, budgets, SOPs and systems, lead change initiatives, train and coach staff, maintain boutique image and vendor/contractor relationships.

Provide exceptional, personalized luxury client service as a CHANEL Brand Ambassador; build lasting client relationships, drive sales, maintain product expertise, support boutique operations and merchandising, handle after-sales and data capture, and represent the brand with impeccable presentation and professionalism.
