Serve as a CHANEL Fashion Advisor in a flagship boutique, delivering personalized luxury client service, building lasting relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing expert product guidance. Support boutique operations, alterations, merchandising standards, client follow-up, and accurate data capture while representing the brand with polished professionalism and refined etiquette.

Lead design coordination and construction project management for new builds and renovations across Chanel Canada. Adapt regional drawings, prepare permit-ready packages, manage contractors, shop fitters and suppliers, oversee procurement and budgets (COUPA), ensure brand and quality standards, coordinate AV/security/IT/lighting, work with landlords, perform site inspections, and report monthly. Requires travel within Canada (30%).
