Adapt regional drawings, prepare permit-ready packages, manage contractors, shop fitters and suppliers, oversee procurement and budgets (COUPA), ensure brand and quality standards, coordinate AV/security/IT/lighting, work with landlords, perform site inspections, and report monthly. Requires travel within Canada (30%).
