Manage day-to-day recruitment operations: post jobs, proactively source and cold-reach candidates, conduct resume reviews and screening calls, maintain SmartRecruiters templates and reports, coordinate external agencies, and shadow senior recruiters to develop into a full-cycle internal headhunter.

Lead full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional construction projects ($30M+). Manage design review, estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, construction sequencing, site logistics, contract administration, and close-out. Convert open CM contracts to fixed-sum, prepare proposals, forecasts and change-order controls, and mentor project teams while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
