Manage design review, estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, construction sequencing, site logistics, contract administration, and close-out. Convert open CM contracts to fixed-sum, prepare proposals, forecasts and change-order controls, and mentor project teams while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
