Lead full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional construction projects ($30M+). Manage design review, estimating, budgeting, tendering, procurement, construction sequencing, site logistics, contract administration, and close-out. Convert open CM contracts to fixed-sum, prepare proposals, forecasts and change-order controls, and mentor project teams while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial projects (~$30M+), from pre-construction and CM conversion through construction and close-out. Oversee budgeting, estimating, tendering, procurement, scheduling, site logistics, risk management and contract administration. Mentor project teams, drive client and subcontractor relationships, produce proposals, and embed continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.

Coordinate and control project documentation, reporting, logs, and administrative tasks for construction projects. Support Project Manager and Superintendent with RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, payroll/timekeeping, subcontractor coordination, safety reporting, and compliance with codes, regulations, and sustainability requirements (LEED, waste management, erosion control). Maintain accurate logs and assist in trade contractor meetings and invoice/document control.
