Administers and optimizes financial planning and reporting systems, including Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. Translates business requirements into reporting and system solutions, manages configurations, workflows, integrations, security access, testing, and upgrades. Builds dashboards and analytics, troubleshoots issues, monitors data quality, trains users, documents processes, and partners with Finance, FP&A, HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to improve financial processes and decision-making.

The Credit and Financial Analyst evaluates fixed-income investment opportunities through credit, financial, and ESG analysis. Responsibilities include preparing credit reviews, analyzing financial and market information, providing portfolio insights, producing earnings updates and ESG dashboards, supporting investment recommendations, maintaining documentation, improving processes, and implementing automation. The role collaborates with portfolio managers, risk management, the money market desk, and other business teams while monitoring investment policies and mandates.

Leads payments product strategy and modernization initiatives, including Real-Time Rail and Future State of Retail Batch programs. Partners with clients, executives, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage regulatory change, product innovation, client education, and roadmap execution. Oversees strategic advisory activities and develops product team talent while balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, and regulatory requirements.
