Creates and maintains clear, actionable documentation for risk management initiatives, including model methodologies, governance frameworks, operational standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements. Partners with Market Risk, Treasury, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to consolidate information, manage revisions, conduct gap analysis, and ensure documentation aligns with industry and regulatory best practices.

Review transaction monitoring alerts, analyze customer and account activity, identify potential money laundering and terrorist financing risks, document investigative findings, escalate suspicious activity, and support compliance with AML/ATF procedures and FINTRAC guidance. The role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, communication, organization, and the ability to meet quality and productivity targets independently and collaboratively.

Leads payments product strategy and modernization initiatives, including Real-Time Rail and Future State of Retail Batch programs. Partners with clients, executives, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage regulatory change, product innovation, client education, and roadmap execution. Oversees strategic advisory activities and develops product team talent while balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, and regulatory requirements.
