Manage the Toronto office’s daily operations, including supplies, vendors, scheduling, visitors, travel logistics, access cards, and workplace coordination. Own health and safety, fire safety, and first aid compliance. Coordinate internal and client events, including venues, catering, budgets, AV, attendees, and on-site execution. Support finance and HR with invoices, expenses, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and confidential data. Serve as the primary contact for employees, leaders, building management, and external providers.

Manage a portfolio of 30–50 institutional pension clients across Canada, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, deliver benchmarking presentations, maintain retention, identify cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans, and relay client insights to influence product and research.
