The Lead Business Analyst will enhance the ServiceNow platform by managing the analyst team, leading solution development, and ensuring alignment with business needs, while providing expert oversight on testing and integration with other systems.

Create, pitch, edit and post original short-form video content (primarily TikTok) for CBC Gem. Monitor trends, react to real-time opportunities, engage audiences, maintain editorial calendar, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow and diversify viewership.

The role requires supporting cross-platform development, transitioning applications to new architectures, and improving code quality for CBC's mobile news applications.
