Responsibilities include business impact analyses, risk assessments, continuity and recovery planning, emergency exercises, communications, governance, subcontractor readiness, staffing contingency planning, compliance monitoring, incident reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with operational leaders, shared services, regulators, emergency management organizations, and community partners to maintain safe and effective patient care during disruptions.

Provides HR generalist support and strategic guidance to assigned client groups. Responsibilities include employee and labor relations, recruitment, performance management, engagement, compensation, learning and development, succession planning, collective agreement administration, grievance resolution, investigations, HR data analysis, and people-related projects. The role coaches leaders, supports employees, and ensures compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements.
