Coordinates home healthcare services by scheduling PSWs, nurses, and therapists; communicating with patients, families, funders, and staff; processing referrals; updating databases; producing schedules and reports; handling inquiries; and completing administrative duties. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Administer high-volume bi-weekly payroll for salaried, hourly, unionized, and piece-work employees. Audit payroll reports, ensure accurate and timely payments, manage deductions and garnishments, prepare T4s and employment records, support employee and government inquiries, and maintain compliance with payroll legislation and company policies. Collaborate with HR and other departments to maintain employee files and improve payroll processes.

Coordinates onboarding for new healthcare hires, including collecting paperwork, scheduling orientations, supporting credentialing, setting up HRIS, payroll and LMS access, coordinating equipment and accounts, monitoring schedules, conducting onboarding surveys, and facilitating probationary review touchpoints. The role also responds to new-hire questions, supports grant applications, and performs administrative duties.
