Own end-to-end B2B sales cycles for legal services, qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage client accounts, identify upsell opportunities, re-engage inactive clients, and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting. The role requires quota achievement, high-volume deal management, confident communication with business leaders and legal counsel, and strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Provides sophisticated commercial and general business legal counsel to clients. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements; advising on commercial contracting principles and business law; delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice; and building strong relationships with business stakeholders. The role requires Ontario licensing, at least five years of legal practice experience, and strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Advise growth companies and startups on corporate legal matters, including company formation, shareholder agreements, entity management, and general commercial contracts. Work independently as a remote lawyer, manage priorities, apply sound judgment, and collaborate within Caravel Law’s flexible legal services model.
