Own the technical direction and multi-year strategy for a modeling platform spanning backend APIs, SDKs, frontend components, and AI interfaces. Build self-service framework capabilities, make platform architecture decisions, align cross-functional and product engineering teams, partner on computation-engine architecture, and coach engineers toward senior and staff-level impact.

Own the strategy and roadmap for CaptivateIQ’s shared modeling platform. Define reusable modeling primitives, structures, state concepts, interoperability, schemas, APIs, and contracts across incentive compensation, sales planning, forecasting, and FP&A products. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product, and domain experts to establish scalable abstractions, simplify complex workflows, and enable AI agents to understand and safely modify models.

Build and scale CaptivateIQ’s sales planning platform using Django, Python, React, and TypeScript. Develop quota, capacity, territory management, and AI-enabled revenue planning capabilities. Collaborate with product and design, optimize performance for enterprise data volumes, design reliable APIs and data models, maintain production observability and testing standards, and mentor engineers. The role also supports AI evaluation, guardrails, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
