Lead enterprise-wide QA architecture and testing strategy, with emphasis on ERP-to-ERP migrations. Design automated functional, integration, performance, security, data validation, and regression testing solutions; coordinate test execution, defect triage, reporting, and issue resolution. Drive Azure DevOps and CI/CD-integrated testing, mentor QA engineers, evaluate tools, and ensure system reliability, scalability, data integrity, and business-process continuity.

Supports the Investments Team with financial modeling, NOI, IRR, and yield analysis; investment proposal preparation; due diligence coordination; transaction timelines; portfolio asset transitions; meeting documentation; data gathering; and administrative closing activities. The role also tracks approvals, invoices, warranty items, and process improvements while coordinating with internal departments and transaction stakeholders.

Serves as a trusted bilingual English-French HR advisor to regional leaders and employees. The role manages employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, leaves, talent management, workforce planning, engagement, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and change initiatives. It partners with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, and other teams while analyzing people data and supporting a positive, inclusive employee experience across Quebec.
