The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Designs customer-centered visual and experience solutions across digital and non-digital channels. Creates accessible marketing materials, prototypes, and cohesive omni-channel experiences aligned with brand standards and customer needs. Uses research, analytics, and business insights to guide design decisions, while presenting work, facilitating collaboration, mentoring peers, and leading smaller initiatives. The role balances hands-on design with stakeholder engagement, strategic contribution, and emerging design leadership.

Builds and maintains web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager, including page components, templates, workflows, site architecture, personalization, A/B testing, and targeted content. Partners with IT, UX, and cross-functional teams to improve authoring capabilities, enforce web standards, support distributed authors, coordinate releases, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility, SEO, metadata, tagging, and quality requirements. Provides reporting and analysis to support continuous web and email program improvement.
