The Managing Principal will lead payments transformation in Canada, advising clients on strategy, regulations, and executing complex payment programs.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack banking applications using Java, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python. Integrate and optimize Java-based REST APIs, write automated unit tests (JUnit 5), collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews and Agile delivery, and contribute to CI and quality practices to deliver scalable production solutions.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native, scalable backend systems for banking using Java/Spring Boot, microservices, APIs and event-driven architectures. Drive modernization to cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, observability and automated testing. Remain hands-on with coding and architecture, mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and promote AI-assisted engineering practices.
