Supports insurance business and technology transformation projects by advising clients, managing workstreams, gathering requirements, developing user stories and EPICs, creating business cases, and presenting strategic recommendations. Builds relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitates executive sessions, mentors colleagues, contributes to proposals and RFPs, and translates complex insurance requirements into actionable processes and technology roadmaps.

Support banking and payments financial transformation initiatives by analyzing current-state processes, gathering requirements, defining future-state solutions, facilitating stakeholder workshops, contributing to change management (readiness, communications, training), and producing client-ready deliverables such as process maps, requirements, presentations, and recommendations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of risk assessment design initiatives in financial services: manage scope, plans, governance, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement; design and document practical risk assessment processes and methodologies; facilitate workshops; coordinate cross-functional teams to move solutions from design through implementation and adoption.
