Lead architectural design, production, coordination, detailing, and technical quality for multidisciplinary projects. Coordinate engineering systems, consultants, deliverables, and design intent; prepare site-plan sketches; communicate with clients and owners; conduct field inspections; integrate sustainable strategies; support business development; mentor junior staff; and enforce QA/QC and code compliance.

Designer III contributes conceptual and architectural design throughout projects, develops 2D and 3D visualizations, prepares presentations, participates in client meetings, and coordinates holistic exterior-to-interior solutions. The role manages project requirements, budgets, and issue resolution; mentors junior staff; and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need an architecture degree, at least six years of professional experience, strong design and presentation skills, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
