Manages recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring manager support, applicant tracking, and onboarding administration. Maintains accurate records in ClearCompany and ADP, ensures compliance with policies and legal requirements, and assists with creating training videos. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Assists with CRM maintenance, ice contracts, rentals, tournaments, leagues, camps, and recreational programs. Supports sales strategy, customer relationship development, revenue opportunities, and customer care while helping execute programs and manage customer satisfaction. The intern must be organized, communicative, comfortable with technology, and enrolled in a post-secondary program requiring an internship for academic credit.

Leads Canlan Sports’ brand identity, marketing campaigns, and creative execution across digital, print, social, sponsorship, email, web, and in-person experiences. Manages designers, mentors creative talent, maintains brand standards and design systems, coordinates agencies and production vendors, and collaborates with marketing, sales, sponsorship, content, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, engaging brand communications.
