Manages youth hockey tournaments across North America, including registrations, budgets, scheduling, staffing, contractors, customer experience, and ice utilization. Drives participation growth through retention, customer acquisition, marketing collaboration, competitive analysis, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities. Leads initiatives supporting girls’ and women’s hockey development and works with internal and external stakeholders to expand programming.

The ASHL League Convener manages recreational hockey league operations and serves as the main contact between teams and facility management. Responsibilities include collecting registration fees, preparing timekeeper schedules, enforcing rules and suspensions, maintaining league statistics and CRM records, verifying waivers, communicating with league stakeholders, supporting prize presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service during flexible evening and weekend hours.

Leads Canlan Sports’ brand identity, marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, and multi-channel creative execution across digital, social, print, email, and in-person experiences. Manages designers, maintains brand standards and design systems, coordinates external creative vendors, and collaborates with marketing, sales, sponsorship, content, product, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, engaging creative that supports business objectives.
