Develop scalable business intelligence and reporting solutions across marketing, loyalty, merchandising, and promotional initiatives. Responsibilities include integrating enterprise data, building automated pipelines, creating dimensional and semantic models, developing Power BI dashboards and DAX calculations, analyzing business performance, ensuring data quality, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, Power BI, data modeling, Python or PySpark, and cloud analytics experience.

Leads enterprise financial planning, consolidation, forecasting, performance reporting, and variance analysis under IFRS. The role prepares insights and presentations for senior management, the CFO, and the Board; maintains complex Excel models; supports Hyperion Financial Management transformation projects; validates intercompany eliminations; and partners cross-functionally to improve reporting, processes, and decision-making.

Delivers customer performance scorecards, dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-ready insights. Analyzes customer, loyalty, brand, market, competitive, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes. Partners with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to translate findings into strategic recommendations, improve measurement frameworks, evaluate marketing and customer experience programs, and enhance reporting processes and governance.
