Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build servers, and IaC for cloud and edge real-time embedded EMS. Troubleshoot deployments, ensure security/compliance, automate release channels, monitor performance, and collaborate across engineering, QA, and operations to deliver utility-scale energy management software.

Lead field-facing reliability for utility-scale hardware-software products: support FAT and commissioning, troubleshoot and reproduce site issues, run root-cause analyses, feed field-derived test cases into R&D and QA, author commissioning protocols and runbooks, contribute to FMEA and HIL testing, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor teams to improve product reliability and release readiness.
