Manages a high-volume portfolio of HR projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, resource coordination, risk and dependency management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, vendors, and consultants. Supports Workday and other HR technology implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing, communications, training readiness, and post-launch activities. Maintains project standards, dashboards, documentation, and leadership updates while driving accountability and escalation.

Supports data extraction, management, quality assurance, cleaning, validation, harmonization, statistical and qualitative analysis, and public health program evaluation. Develops analytic datasets and contributes to technical memoranda, reports, presentations, tables, and figures. Analyzes implementation measures and mixed-methods data, interprets findings, and recommends program improvements. Requires collaboration with government and public health stakeholders, use of Microsoft Office and CDC administrative systems, and the ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains full-stack web applications, services, databases, portals, and APIs. The role focuses on converting a complex 4D application to ASP.NET MVC 5, handling large datasets, optimizing SQL and application performance, ensuring secure and maintainable code, and supporting architecture, releases, and troubleshooting. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
