Provide HIPAA privacy and security subject-matter expertise to OCR: review complaints and breach reports, evaluate technical sufficiency of security submissions (pen tests, forensics, vulnerability assessments), produce technical reports and recommendations, advise on HIPAA/NIST/ISO-based policies and security programs, and support incident response, risk analysis, and security architecture efforts.

Provide expert technical consulting to analyze client needs, design and implement enterprise infrastructure and recovery solutions, troubleshoot complex systems (Windows Server, HPE, VistA Imaging), prepare recommendations and documentation, support major deployments, manage IHS VistA Imaging Call Center, and participate in 24x7 help desk coverage while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare and process contract-specific invoices using multiple systems, review invoice accuracy, coordinate approvals with program managers, perform AR analyses, assist with closeouts and reporting, and support audits while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance standards.
