Lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives across HR disciplines, designing future-state processes, driving workflow automation, change management, and adoption. Manage cross-functional projects, build governance and metrics, partner with leaders to operationalize improvements, and transition sustainable ownership to HR functional teams.

Serve as the functional Deltek (Costpoint) expert for Finance and FP&A: gather requirements, design and configure Deltek solutions, ensure GAAP/FAR/CAS compliance, support reporting, integrations, training, audits, and partner with technical teams and administrators to deploy and maintain scalable finance systems.

Provide expert technical consulting to analyze client needs, design and implement technology and organizational solutions across acquisition, systems engineering, logistics, and enterprise infrastructure. Conduct studies, prepare recommendations and program documentation, and support complex integrations to meet program objectives.
