Teams at Canadian National Exhibition

Provide crowd control and guest services for SuperDogs shows at the CNE: direct guests, manage stroller/wagon areas, inform when shows are full, maintain program areas, coordinate with show staff, and answer basic public questions. Must work all 18 fair days with flexible hours, stand for long periods, and remain calm and professional.

Seasonal call centre role providing customer service and ticketing support for the CNE: respond to phone and email inquiries, troubleshoot ticketing issues, update databases and records, perform administrative tasks, and attend mandatory training/orientation.

Seasonal event role creating and administering photo IDs and credentials, operating photo ID equipment and software, maintaining stations and supplies, performing nightly inventory counts, supporting Photo ID Takers, covering breaks, and delivering customer service throughout the fair.
