The role also manages social media assets, uses listening tools and paid social advertising, prepares reports, and supports communications across multiple channels while managing competing priorities.

Provide confidential, real-time English or French CART transcription for Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing individuals in community settings. The role requires highly accurate transcription at 180–225 words per minute, captioning across multiple platforms, strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills, strict confidentiality, and extensive understanding of Deaf culture.
