Conduct full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across Canada, including sourcing, job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, hiring-manager advising, background-check review, offer preparation, and onboarding. The role requires daily English and French communication, proactive candidate sourcing through social media and other networks, and use of Dayforce or similar recruiting software.

Lead early-stage technology initiatives from business discovery through implementation, adoption, and stabilization. Investigate business needs, evaluate technology options, define requirements and implementation plans, manage risks and dependencies, configure and test solutions, and support rollout. Partner with IT, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, privacy, support, and governance requirements. Explore responsible AI applications and independently drive initiatives forward with clear communication and measurable outcomes.
