Manage and grow an assigned Tillsonburg/Simcoe sales territory by meeting small-business owners, presenting CFIB solutions, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales goals through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking. The role includes independent field work, structured training, coaching, and leadership-development opportunities.
